MAASDIJK/HELMOND – Prins is significantly expanding its market position in the southern Netherlands. Sanders Heftrucks from Helmond, an established name with a history of 46 years in Southeast Brabant, joins the group with immediate effect. With this strategic step, the network of Prins expands to four branches, which is directly in line with the recently launched ‘Up & Forward’ course.
The expansion marks an important milestone in the growth strategy of both organizations. The integration positions Prins even more emphatically as a proactive guide in a rapidly changing internal logistics market in which processes are becoming more complex and the demand for strong regional coverage and innovation is increasing.
Greater clout and networking advantage
Behind the scenes, the expansion creates significantly more clout. Connecting the fleet and technical knowledge of the locations (Maasdijk, Tilburg, Helmond and British Lympne) at the back creates a powerful collective. This network forms the basis for optimally marketing the five strategic pillars of ‘Up & Forward’, focused on technological innovation, in-depth service and reliability. This removes complexity from daily operations and keeps customers’ internal logistics always on the move.
Continuity and familiar faces
For existing relations in the Southeast Brabant region, the affiliation mainly brings continuity and economies of scale. The familiar faces on the shop floor, the multi-brand service and the exclusive importerships of CESAB, Icem and Simai, among others, will remain exactly the same.
However, there will be a planned changing of the guard at the top of the Helmond branch. Current Director Bart Sanders, after 22 years, will hand over daily management to Judith van Helvoort (Branch Director), who has already been with the organization as Manager of Operations since 2019. Commercially, the sales department under the leadership of Sales Manager Bas van den Heuvel functions as the central point of contact for the market. Bart Sanders will remain involved in the coming period as an advisor to ensure a smooth transfer.
