Exactly 12-months into the first year of trading, Prins Forklifts UK Ltd based in Lympne, Kent has secured the Toyota manufactured Cesab product dealership. A much sought after complete range of warehouse and conventional forklift equipment manufactured by Toyota, the Cesab product offers a range of LPG, diesel and electric counterbalance machines up to 3.5T.

With the build quality needed in today's market place, coupled with a local service company, the Cesab product has been a grower's favourite with multiple users in Kent such as Transpak Direct, A C Goatham and A Pearson Growers to name just a few.

While the Prins Tiger and Boxer machines continue to dominate the semi rough terrain orchard and poly tunnel applications, the Cesab conventional forklift range is ideally suited to pack houses, C A stores, garden centres and glass house applications. The robust electric pallet truck range also seems to be on the increase with garden centres and nurseries in Kent especially those selling heavy compost and animal feeds. Companies with dock levellers are also benefiting.

Mark Dorman, managing director of Prins Forklifts UK Ltd explains: "We could not have wished for a better first birthday present from Cesab. We have worked hard with Cesab Materials Handling UK and managed to tick all the boxes to become one of their network of dealers in the UK."

The Prins Tiger machine has much in common with Cesab as it starts life as a M300 diesel machine before Prins convert it. This obviously opens up the market place for us and continues our growth plans for Kent inline with our business model," said Mark.

The warehouse range manufactured in Mjolby, Sweden, is probably better known as the old BT Rolatruc facility which Toyota now own. A household name in warehousing. Now Cesab have offered the range to Prins UK as official dealer for Kent and the South East. "We have a stock of brand new machines from electric pallet trucks to LPG and diesel counterbalance trucks with immediate delivery as we have invested heavily in new stock machines for our customers. This not only allows us to offer very a competitive price but immediate delivery on common models saves a 12-14 week wait."
